Fred has had experiences of 15 years in managing and developing training services for large-scale and multi-national corporations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on psychometric assessment, team development, coaching & leadership, communication & body languages, and corporate wellness.


Fred has a partnership with different corporate for long-term and large-scale people development projects. Starting from the year 2015, Fred is working with a major energy group on their change leadership program in which more than 200+ senior executives across Greater China completed the program. In 2015, Fred trained up to 400 leaders for a Hong Kong corporate with an 11-month leadership program. Fred helped his client to win 5 Distinguished Salesman Awards organized by the HKMA with the provision of presentation skills and up-selling skills training. Also, Fred also partnered with one of the major insurance group for 5 consecutive years to design and deliver professional selling skills training for the various sales teams including corporate sales and tele-selling team.

Apart from the extensive knowledge and skills in training delivery, Fred also possessed versed experience in different industrial sectors like commercial, charity and government. This enables Fred to understand well the special needs from various sectors that creating the best-fit training measures. 


Before fully engaged as a training consultant, Fred was the regional head of learning & development of a UK-listed corporate and a premium lifestyle brand in Asia from which Fred managed all the talent development functions across 20 cities. During his time working as the manager of in-charging corporate training in a theme park, Fred had developed and led in the first park-wide customer services competency system for over 1500 full-time staff to support the growth of a business. This program was awarded by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (world largest association of amusement park) for the Human Resource Excellence Award (The Best Innovation in Training Program and The Best Employee Reward & Recognition Program). Back to his early time of career, Fred began his professional career as a Club Manager in a charity group working close with the medical professional to design the exercises prescriptions for a patient with chronic diseases. He had successfully turn a “deficit-to-close” charity services to yield million earning within a year.
